All My Friends Are Dead – Avery Monsen and Jory John

I’m not really sure if this is book is geared towards children; well it doesn’t have to be necessarily for children, right?. The format of the book looks to be more suited to children but this book would be a hit with adults as well.

So, occasionally you pick up a book that unexpectedly makes you happy and that is just lovely, even when the book sounds morbid by title alone it is quirky and funny.

It would make everyone smile and the meaning behind the satirical dialog had a lot of truth embedded in it by having multiple readings values; each page is representing a different character that lost all his/its friends, every cartoon will appeal to you and I’ll make think about the values of life and death.

All my Friends are Dead it is a funny book with a harsh message. The book itself is a short three minute read at least.

Definitively this is a read to people of all ages.

P.S. I’m surprised they missed so many other hilarious opportunities.
